Important Information About Your Screen Sharing Session
- You should already be speaking to a FBMC Customer Care agent. When prompted, click Start Session.
- If the green "Start Session" button does not appear within 5-10 seconds, please notify your agent.
- When connected, a black bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Give the 9-digit code in that area to your agent.
- Once the agent joins the session and you click Share My Screen, they can see the desktop, application or browser you have authorized.
- At any time during this session, you can select Hide My Screen to enable on-demand privacy and hide the entire web page from our view.
- To end the session once connected, select End Session.
